We strive to ensure every order meets your expectations, though we understand that there may be occasions when you’d like to return an item. Here’s how our return, refund, and exchange process works.

How to Return an Item & Restocking Fee

Orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

To start your return, please email us at support@thefinefellow.com. Our team will guide you through the next steps

Before returning your item(s), please make sure that:

  • The items haven’t been used or washed
  • All original tags are still attached
  • The items are packed in their original packaging

Please pack your return carefully and send it using a reliable courier service. The cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be issued to the original payment method. This process usually takes up to 7 days.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@thefinefellow.com with the details of the item you wish to exchange. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and has all original tags attached. Our team will provide clear instructions to complete the exchange.

Order Cancellations and Damaged Items

Cancellations
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us right away at support@thefinefellow.com. Please keep in mind that once your parcel has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that’s damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us right away at support@thefinefellow.com and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your case promptly and arrange for the correct item or a suitable replacement.
